The German VI and VII premiums are great in all categories so if you like operations, you'll be happy with the setup there, especially with Lutjens. Get Gunther Lutjens and you have PEF, Weimar and Pommern. Graf Spee (VI), Prinz Eitel Friedrich (VI), and Weimar (VII). My other ships besides the 2 premiums is VIII Bismark, VI Gaede, and VI Aoba. I currently have around a month of premium time.
